PRINTING SETUP

During the printing process, Grocio will open the various coupon publishers’ websites in your browser. We do this because the publishers have limitations on the number of coupons that can be printed by each shopper and/or a total number of coupons offered to all shoppers. Grocio honors the coupon publishers’ policies and always will. If a limit has been reached the coupons will not print from the Grocio website.

To insure printing, please complete the following setup procedures:

• 1) Physical Printer – Required.
  
  • Ensure the printer is connected, set as default printer and has adequate paper


• 2) Your Java software must be up to date:


•   1.Windows


•   2.Mac OSX 10.6.x -or Mac OSX 10.7.x





• 3) Always allow cookies and pop-ups




Grocio.com works best with Windows IE, Firefox and Safari and Mac Safari or Firefox. At this time, we cannot support Chrome for Windows or Mac.

WINDOWS BROWSER SETUP - Cookies and Pop-Up Exceptions

(Instructions below apply only to specific browsers. If you use more than one browser you will want to follow the appropriate setup instructions.)

• IE7/8/9 – Required if Internet Explorer is used as browser
  • 1. Select “Tools” from the drop down menu
  • 2. Click “Internet Options” then “Privacy” tab
  • 3. Select “Advanced” button
  • 4. Check “Override Automatic cookie handling” and click “Prompt” under     First and Third-Party Cookies.
  • 5. Click “Always allow session cookies.”
  • 6. Click “OK”
  • 7. Click “Settings” under the “Pop-up Blocker” area of menu
  • 8. Type www.grocio.com in “Address of website to allow:” and click “Add”
  • 9. Click “Close”
  • 10. Click “OK”


• Windows Firefox – Required if Firefox is used as browser
  • 1. Select “Tools” from drop down menu
  • 2. Click “Options”
  • 3. Select “Content”
  • 4. Click “Exceptions” to the right of Block pop-up windows (leave “Block     pop-up windows” checked)
  • 5. Type www.grocio.com in “Address of website to allow:” and click “Add”
  • 6. Select “Tabs”
  • 7. Check mark "Always show the tab bar"
  • 8. Check mark "Open new windows in a new tab instead"
  • 9. Click “OK”
  • 10. Click “Close”
  • 11. Click “OK”


• Windows Safari – Required if Safari is used as browser
  • 1. Select “Edit” from drop down menu
  • 2. Deselect “Block Pop-up Windows




MAC BROWSER SETUP - Cookies and Pop-Up Exceptions

• Mac Safari – Required if Safari is used as browser
  • 1. Select “Safari” from menu bar
  • 2. Deselect “Block Pop-up Windows”


• Mac Firefox – Required if Firefox is used as browser
  • 1. Select “Firefox” from menu bar
  • 2. Select “Preferences”
  • 3. Select “Content”
  • 4. Click “Exceptions” to the right of Block pop-up windows (leave “Block     pop-up windows” checked)
  • 5. Type www.grocio.com in “Address of website to allow:” and click “Add”
  • 6. Select “Tabs”
  • 7. Check mark "Always show the tab bar"
  • 8. Check mark "Open new windows in a new tab instead"
  • 9. Click “OK”
  • 10. Click “Close”
  • 11. Click “OK”
